One-handed Spear - Training tips

I've assembled some tips on training / fighting with one-handed spears: Eights are Sevens - no thrust to the face. Main thing - keep the point down --> harder for shorter people since they want to get over the shield. NO thrusting past the head going for a shoulder shot Use both overarm and underarm grips. Super Saturday BSA Training Update

Line-fighting fun Five of Draum's thralls went up for their BSA test at the Leicester Forest Rugby Club on Sat 9th May 2026.
